Trainer Lisa Schwarz

Lisa Schwarz, M.Ed. is a psychologist, consultant and Brainspotting Trainer in both group and private practice in Pittsburgh, PA. She has worked extensively with David Grand, Ph.D, an internationally known authority on the treatment of trauma, in developing and teaching Brainspotting across the country.

Lisa has a special interest and expertise in trauma, severe dissociative disorders, sports psychology, and performance enhancement. She has been trained as an EMDR therapist since 2001 and is an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant. Lisa and Dr. Grand presented a half-day workshop on Brainspotting at the Annual Convention for the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD) in November, 2007.
